We have a range of shipping options due to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff will package every item to our exacting requirements. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and properly secured before shipping. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers every day across different countries. The fact that we're dedicated to becoming the largest online retailer in the world is obvious. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses in Europe as well as the USA.

Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing time, depending on the specific product.

Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. You may not receive your order once it has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.

Your item must be in the original packaging and not be used. It must also be in the original packaging.
